Poly/Dacron Seat Cushions
Ultracel^® high resiliency polyurethane foam core. Wrapped on top, front edge and bottom with heat fused polyester fiber glued to the core. Inserted into a downproof muslin casing.

Spring Ultradown Seat Cushions
Coil springs in muslin pockets (1) are mounted in a box fabricated from polyurethane foam (2). Unit is wrapped with polyester fiber (3). Unit is inserted into down-proof muslin casing. On top and bottom each channeled section is filled with mixture of 75% waterfowl feathers, 25% white duck down, and polyester fiber (4).

A mixture of 75% waterfowl feathers, 25% white duck down, and polyester fiber (1) is blown into a down-proof muslin casing (2). The casing is constructed with dividers sewn in to form channels that prevent the filling from shifting in use.
